For our in-home private event catering experience, we’ll start by developing a menu specific to the occasion and tailored to your tastes. It can be anywhere from a refined three-course plated dinner, to a more casual family-style service for groups of up to 20 guests. Just like our other in-home personal chef services, everything is crafted for you and your taste preferences.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

  • LESS CHAT.

    • What type of service are you after? Fill out a form and let us know how we best can serve your event and/or culinary needs. 

      We want to know the foods you love and crave. Whatever you envision for your party or special night we’ll handle everything from menu planning, tablescapes, wine pairings, music, photography, etc. Since each service is unique once we establish preliminary details we’ll provide a quote.

  • Menu Building

    • Based on our one on one conversation we will build a menu together so that your preferences that are refined and unexpected. We’ll review and welcome any feedback or can make needed adjustments. From there sit back and relax, while we get to work! 

      Menus can be built to all special diets including Paleo, vegetarian, vegan, Kosher, low-glycemic, and gluten free. 

  • Mise En Place

    • The best tasting food starts with the best ingredients. Once we have all the ingredients we really get into the prep. Often we’ll shop anywhere from 5-8 stores for your event. Everything is made from scratch so we’ll start dicing, marinating, slow braising, stocks, etc. We’ll pack and bring any specialized cooking equipment and serveware. We’re about being flawless and prepared before we enter your space.

  • Show Time

    • We’ll arrive at your place in advance to unpack and set up. Service often includes tablescaping, florals, beverage set up. At your place we “fire” and are cooking and plating before your eyes to ensure taste and quality is achieved so you and your guests can have a true foodie experience. Throughout the meal we’ll offer impeccable service.

  • Departure

    • A multi-course menu typically comes with a lot of cleanup, plates, glassware, cutlery from each course, cooking equipment, the list goes on- We’ve got you! Your kitchen will be left spotless. We want you to fully enjoy, relax and be served.

  • How’d we do

    • To us feedback is the most important thing and we want to know what you enjoyed. If you wish to make an additional future booking we'll reserve your date.
